Jolanta Wilson DDS

With a unique blend of engineering, science, and artistry, Dr. Jolanta Wilson brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to dentistry. She began her academic journey studying Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan before being accepted early into dental school. She went on to graduate first in her class from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, earning Summa Cum Laude honors. During her dental training, Dr. Wilson received numerous awards recognizing both her academic achievements and commitment to patient care. During her dental training, Dr. Wilson received numerous awards recognizing both her academic achievements and commitment to patient care. These honors included the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Award, The Prosthetic Section of the Detroit Dental Clinic Club Award for exceptional comprehensive patient care, and the Anna C. Ettinger Biomedical Sciences Award. She was also inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a prestigious national dental honor society reserved for students who demonstrate outstanding scholarship, character, and professionalism.
 
Since 2005, Dr. Wilson has been proud to serve the Rockford community alongside her husband, Dr. Ryan Wilson. Together, they have built a practice founded on trust, compassion, and lasting relationships with patients and families across generations. One of her favorite aspects of dentistry is getting to know her patients personally and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout their treatment.
 
Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Wilson regularly participates in advanced continuing education courses to stay current with the latest techniques, materials, and technology. This dedication allows her to continually refine her skills and provide the highest quality care possible.
Outside the office, Dr. Wilson enjoys perennial gardening and is especially passionate about caring for her collection of hydrangeas. She also cherishes spending time with her family, including her son, Remington, and their dogs, Barley and Silvie.
 
Dr. Wilson takes great pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient and finds genuine fulfillment in helping people achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Encouraged by his orthodontist to explore a career in dentistry, he found the perfect blend of his passions—combining the precision of science with the creativity of art. Dr. Mike earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2009. He began his career in public health, gaining valuable experience serving underserved communities, before transitioning into private practice. One of his most rewarding experiences was participating in a dental mission trip to Valladolid.....

Known for his compassionate approach, Dr. Mike truly values the opportunity to get to know people from all walks of life and help them improve their oral health—wherever they may be in their journey.

Originally from Northwest Indiana, Dr. Mike has a deep love for music. He played in a local band for years with his dad and brother, and now enjoys recording and producing his own music. He shares this passion with his children, Ella and Jude, who have inherited his musical spirit.

Outside the office, you’ll find Dr. Mike embracing the outdoors—cooking, running, hiking, ice climbing, biking, hunting, fishing, backpacking, and exploring new places. His motto? Enjoy the journey!
